Know the moment your solar stops paying you.
YES Monitor watches every panel across every inverter brand — and alerts you in real time. And it's not just software: our team reviews your fleet every day. Independent, owner-first, and no new hardware to install.

Your solar is probably underproducing right now. Nothing told you.
Commercial solar systems typically run 15–25% below their potential — and an underperforming string never sends an alert. It just quietly produces less. Most owners discover the loss at the annual review, after months of revenue is already gone.

Get alerted
Email, WhatsApp, or SMS the moment production drops — plus daily & weekly summaries.
An app shows you data. We actually watch it.
YES Monitor isn't a dashboard we hand you and walk away from. Behind the software there's a team of independent solar advisors reviewing your fleet's production — so you don't have to babysit an app to be protected.
Eyes on it every day
Our team reviews every site's production each morning — not just when you happen to log in. A silent failure gets caught even if you never open the app.
A person, not just a ping
When something looks wrong, you hear from a real person at YES who explains what happened in plain English — and what to do about it.

Real case: one commercial owner paid $50,000 in power bills over six months because their solar had silently stopped working and nothing flagged it. YES Monitor would have caught it the first morning. (Individual results vary; not a typical result.)

Commercial solar monitoring that isn't owned by the company that sold you the system.
If you own solar on more than one property — a hotel, a strip center, a warehouse, a portfolio of NNN buildings — you already know the uncomfortable truth about production monitoring: the dashboard you're looking at was probably built by the company that installed the system, financed it, or sold you the O&M contract. That's not automatically a conflict. But it means the entity grading its own homework is also the entity you'd be calling if the grade came back bad.
And it matters more on commercial arrays than on a house. A single dead string on a 400 kW rooftop is a 2–3% dip — on a bill that size, rounding error next to demand charges and seasonal swings. Carried across a full billing year it's real money; carried across ten properties, each with its own installer, its own login, and its own idea of "normal," it's five figures that never trip an alarm — because nothing was ever built to alarm on it. The installer-supplied portal is a status screen: today's kWh next to yesterday's. It was built to reassure, not to flag.
YES Monitor is the independent check: production watched against what the system should be doing — not just what it did yesterday — every brand in one view, reviewed daily by a person, with the portfolio's worst performer surfaced instead of hiding inside an average. It doesn't replace your installer's warranty support; it's the second set of eyes that tells you when to make that call — and it doesn't disappear if the installer does.
Who this is for: multi-site commercial owners, hotel groups, NNN landlords who own the system on a leased building, and CFOs who want one clean report across properties instead of five manufacturer portals that each tell a fifth of the story.
Questions, answered.
Is this just another app I have to remember to check?
No — that's the point. Our team reviews your fleet's production every day, whether or not you log in. The dashboard is yours whenever you want it, but if production drops you'll hear from us — a real person, not just a push notification.
Do I need to install hardware?
No new hardware on your end. We integrate and configure your existing monitoring portals for you — every brand — with no data logger or gateway to buy.
Which brands do you support?
Every major inverter brand — SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius, Solis, Chint, GoodWe and more. If your system reports to a monitoring portal, we can bring it into one view. Ask about yours.
Isn't this already in my inverter's own app?
That shows one brand, no cross-portfolio view, and rarely proactive owner alerts. YES Monitor is independent and unified across every brand you own.
What if my installer already monitors it?
Great — until the contract lapses, you add a different brand, or the installer goes under (a wave of them did in 2025–26, leaving 800,000+ "orphaned" systems in California alone — and their monitoring vanishes with them). YES Monitor is independent: it's yours, covers every brand, and doesn't disappear.
How fast can I start?
Minutes. Connect a site and run a free Portfolio Health Check today.
We already get a monitoring app from our installer. Why a second one for a commercial portfolio?
The installer's app tells you what the system is doing. It generally doesn't tell you what it should be doing that day, and it can't compare performance across properties or brands. Independent monitoring is built to catch the gap between "producing" and "producing what it should" — and to do it before it becomes a repair bill. It also answers to you, not to the company whose work it's grading.
We're a tenant, not the system owner. Does commercial monitoring apply to us?
Monitoring is most useful to whoever carries the financial risk if the system underperforms — typically the landlord in a triple-net arrangement, or the property owner directly. If you're a tenant paying for power from a system you don't own, the more useful conversation is with your landlord about who's watching performance on your behalf — our commercial solar page covers how NNN leases split those responsibilities.

Get my free Portfolio Health CheckListen: Solar doesn't break loudly
A car has a check engine light. A smoke detector screams. A solar array does neither — it stops producing in silence while the payment carries on. Why the app you were handed at commissioning is a status screen rather than an alarm, and what independent monitoring actually watches.
